QuickBooks Enterprise 2015 – New Features & Improvements

QuickBooks Enterprise 2015 was released in September of 2014. We have summarized the new features and some notable improvements below. Perhaps one of the biggest changes to this version is not in the features, but the pricing structure. You can now purchase a one user subscription of QuickBooks Enterprise 2015. In previous versions, you had to purchase a minimum of 5 users. Another important change is that you will now be purchasing a “subscription” of the software. The software subscription must be renewed annually otherwise your software will become inoperable. However, Intuit will “conveniently” charge your credit card when it is time to renew. We are seeing this software as a subscription trend across all major software vendors including Sage and Microsoft.  If you need help evaluating your options, contact the experts at Marc Mintz & Associates for a comprehensive technology assessment.

Shaded Lines on Transactions – Make physical inventory counts and warehouse picking easier to distinguish and more accurate by calling them out with shaded lines on printouts.
